  • 1. Why a ban?

    This area has been prohibited for security reasons, in particular with regard to the cohabitation between the herds, and given the large number of campers in this area.

  • 2. Date of ban?

    Period from July 1 to September 30.

  • 3. What are the regulations of the Pyrenees National Park?

    It is forbidden to bivouac in the heart of the PNP except between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. (equipment completely dismantled and evacuated at this time).

  • Why this regulation?

    It helps protect biodiversity and the beauty of landscapes.

  • 4. Risk if the regulations are not respected?

    The agents of the Pyrenees National Park check the application of this regulation and possibly can sanction its non-respect.
